What happens at 25 wk midwife appt

hello ladies

i was just wondering what happens at the 25 week midwife appointment?????

somone said somthing baout checking my size???

Hiya

Its just the usual, bp check, test your urine, listen to babies heartbeat. I think most places start measuring your "fundal height" at 25 weeks, its just a case of feeling for the top of your uterus and measuring the gap between the top of that down to your pubic bone, however many cm's it is should correspond to how many weeks you are ( mines always been a few cm's out though )

for you reply oh so a pretty straight foward appointment then brilliant not that i mond how long im there gets me out of work for a half hour or so!! sounds terrible but i just fnd it so hard to concentrate these days or feel like i even have the energy for work!! lol

you are getting very close npw then bet you cant wait!!!!
