Ok this is my first preganancy and I'm a week behind you so dont have much advise, however last week I was feeling awful and my mil gave me some advise that I didnt think would work, however worked wonders. Have a packet of biscuits by the bed (Rich Tea or something plain), as soon as you wake up in the morning, dont get out of bed and dont put feet on the floor, have one or two biscuits...lay there for bout 5-10minutes and then put your feet on the floor and get up. I really laughed when MIL told me this and really didnt think it would work, however it worked miracles! I was really bad with nausea last week and since i've been doing the biscuit thing, i have felt much much better!!
