Oh my ribs...ouch...

Hi ladies and bumps hope your all keeping well!

Just wanted to see if anyone has any tips for rib pain??? I am in bits with baby pushing up into them on my right hand side, there is probably nothing I can do about it but can any of you tell me if there is anything I can try??? I had it on my 2nd daughter but only in the last 4 weeks, ive got 12 weeks left and the thoughts of having to put up with this pain for that long is killing me!!! Keeping well otherwise, apart from heartburn and sleepless nights! Soooo tired! Thanks in advance for any sugestions!

sorry im not gunna be much help here but just wanted to say i had this with my daughter and i just used to sit there sort massaging my ribs if you will and rubbing them but i never found a real good cure for it!!
but like your 2nd daughter i only had it for last sort of 6 weeks or so, mine was on the right hand side also.
do you find lying on your left helps at all?
lying down was the only way that helped me a bit too, sitting at my desk at work was the worst and most uncomfortable.
when do you find it the worst?

sorry i cant be more help
