i think you most likely are in early labour, this is what happened to me, i had a show at midnight on the sunday night/ monday morn and had irregular pains all through the night, and on monday they got closer and closer and when they got to about 6-7 mins apart at about 7pm i went to hosp only to be told i was only 2cm dilated and to go home for a bit but at 9pm my waters broke and i had to go straight back in at 11.30pm i was fully dilated then by 1.30am tues morn she was here!! if you ring the hosp they will probably talk to you and if you can talk through the contractions and they are not that close together they tell you to wait at home a little longer, but i would say this is the start of things for you!!! they told me to take paracetemol and wait for things to get stronger and closer together, but if you ring then at least they can tell you these things and they might ask you to come in and be checked or do what they said to me which was wait at home. maisie was 5 days late too!!! good luck hun and hope all goes well for you, hope i have helped a little bit
