Heartburn!!

Hello ladies bumps and new babies.

Hope you are all ok.

Does anyone have any tips for helping with heartburn?

Lately i have been really suffering with it and it can be very painful, i figured out yesterday that apple and mango J2O makes it worse!!

Take care

Thanks ladies

I have been drinking milk to try and help it but wasn't sure what else i am allowed to take. This is all new to me.

Sounds stupid but i wasn't sure it was heartburn at first cos i've never had it before. - lol

Heartburn is horrid!! I've been getting it for the last month or so now.

Citrus fruits and spicy foods make it worse. I also find white bread makes it worse.

Things that help me are milk, bananas and Rennies! I prefer Rennies to Gaviscon.

Hope this helps!

Gaviscon

is a real life saver, I ended swigging it from the bottle!!
Tip tho, get your GP to prescribe it, that way its FREE!!

Hey hun

I know exactly what you are going through, even right now as w speak im having heart burn!!

I find gaviscon a life saver but also camomille tea seems to help me also apart from that i cant say much else helps. But like the lady before me said tring to avoid spicey or heavy foods, but i could eat a slice of toast and still ge eart burn its just one of those things!
