Hi Ladies,

I had a mw appt today, i told her i have spd, but its like she did not hear me, it felt like she was trying to pull William out from my pelvis she was that rough! (Same with the trainee dr) Can anyone recommend anything to lessen the bloody pain? I am so sore that i have just been at home most of the day (except a visit to the physio) crying and trying to stay as still as possible

Thanks in advance

Hey,

I soooo know how you feel, my SPD is horrendous at the moment, it really reached its peak at about 34 weeks, i can hardly walk, going upstairs is a complete no go and even turning over in bed is awful, i dont actually think there is a cure for it, they do suggest wearing one of those support bands, i have tried one and found it very uncomfortable, my MW said that you need to keep your legs together as much as possible, easier said than done eh!!!!

Poor you!!!

I really do not know anything about it but i wanted to say sorry for the pain you are in. I can't imagine the pain you're in.

MW's and Dr's are horrid!!

I hope you manage to find something to help, i will have a google for you later tonight.

Take care

Love
