me too

I've been getting this for about a week now and mentioned it to the midwife on my last visit. She said it was my pelvis and pubis moving to make room for the baby or the baby's head engaging!
Sooo painful and is definitely worse when walking.

Glad to know it's normal and you are getting it too!!

Hey hun

Funny you posted this as this morning i went out and was ok but after a while started to get a pressure very very low which was a little painful when walking. It felt almost like pressure on my bladder or abit lower down. When i stopped walking after a while pain and pressure went and i was fine again. So now im also wondering whether it is babys head or maybe in my case bum that engaged or is engaging

Hmm

Hmmmm from what i know shes still breech, but the other day it seemed like she was in a funny position and i had 2 slight bumps on either side and i was trying to see which one was head and which one was bum but i have no idea From what i think, she is still breech. But then again if this is bubs engaging its not a good thing if its her lil bum

Im seeing mw next week monday so hopefully she will be able to tell me what is what as last appt (3 wks ago) she was still breech.

But yeah seems like we are experiencing the same pressure/pain down there, i feel like she has dropped somewhat but that might just be me lol

I really hope she turns for you.. I mean I cant imagine a c- section being an easy option, but you wont experience the "pain of labour" as i no your petrified!!! join the club, I sit here and think to myself I cant do this!!!!!! lol

Yeh

lol the midwife told me last time that if when i see her next if bubs is still breech a scan will be done to confirm it and then they will offer me a ecv ( which ive decided i will turn down if it comes to that) and so the next thing would be c-section which yeh doesnt scare me half as bad as a natural birth lol

So we shall see what happens!! YOU CAN DO IT!! i cant BUT YOU CAN!! im a wuss lol

I shall hopefully update on monday with whats going on. Also since ive caught you around did you have to take any swabs for MRSA?? Im meant to be on monday but i havent seen anyone else having to do this

No, no one has even mentioned that to me!!!! thats strange that you have to do that!!!
This pain we have I keep thinking my waters are going to break with the pressure lol..............
