"Not to worry"

I could be an appointment to see the midwives at the hospital as I had a appointment round about then to see them. They go through your medical history, give advice and ask how things are going.
They also take some blood to be tested for various things.

I am a first time mum too, and feeling a bit nervous about it all!

The best advice I can give is to take someone in with you when you have appointments for support and if you have any questions to write them down so you dont forget to ask when you see the midwife/doctor.

Good luck xxx
