im 8 weeks pregnant and got a bad hit in the stomach and since then ive had really bad stabbing pains. i thought i could be misscarrying but there is no blood plz help..

If you have seen your midwife please ring her if you do not have one yet then ring your drs.It might not be what you think but you need to get checked out
