Hello,

I had a misscariage last year when i was 10 weeks. I'm now 7 weeks pregnant and suffering with stomach cramps, they're not really bad, maybe a strong period pain feeling but they've been coming and going especially today. I've had no blood but after last time i guess i'm a bit cautious.

Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

Worried mum to be x

Hi

Sorry to hear about your miscarriage last year.

Congratulations to you now though.

I think it's only natural to worry whatever the circumstances but probably even more so if you've had a miscarriage before. Unfortunately it's just natures way & although that's not very comforting, there isnt much we can do about it....it doesnt mean it's going to happen to you again though.

I would rest as much as possible and dont over do it.
If still worried then talk to your doctor and say pain is really bad and as you've miscarried before hopefully you will be sent for an early scan to but your mind at rest...as stressing out is the last thing you need to be doing right now.

I had quite alot of pain in the first couple months, kept feeling like i was going to "come on" but im now 27 weeks.

You said there's no blood, so that's a good sign.

Take it easy hun and if still worried give the doctor a call

Im sure you and your little one will be fine,
Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy x
