Ok does anyone know what the hell is going on? Today I got sick while I was trying to poop... Vomiting and diahrea... at the same time... what the hell? is that normal? If I don't get an answer soon I am going to go to the doc.

Sounds like gastric...don't know how to spell..enteritis. Aka food poisoning.

Only because i've had several times this year from dodgy seafood. You should see your Doc anyway to make sure.
