"Nightmares!" Posted by natzcatz 2 July at 00:02
I have nightmares too, I think its all down to the fact that our bodies physically and mentally are going through alot right now. Our hormones are going wild which in turn affects our sleep patterns too.
If you can put some drops of lavender on your pillow and try to have 20 minutes chill down in bed before you go to sleep, this should help quiten the mind ready for peaceful sleep.
You could try a relaxing CD, with calming music or a meditation CD.
Hope this helps and that you sleep well.
Best Wishes, Natalie xxx

"I've had weird dreams!" Posted by dmc76 1 July at 21:54
I've heard that nightmares and anxiety dreams are quite common in pregnancy. I've dreamt a lot about my unborn baby and things that might be wrong and also some very strange dreams to do with the baby. normally I don't remember dreams but I am remembering them very clearly now. I've also dreamt a lot about an particular ex boyfriend who was not very nice so you could call that a nightmare! I know other people who have had children who also had this so I'm not too worried, but it's not pleasant. I just try and chill out before bed, cut down on diary and hope it will pass.
Good luck.

"Thanks " Posted by chazzyfeet 1 July at 22:15
I drink milk before I go to bed because then I dont get heartburn. Even when I don't drink it I get nightmares. It hasn't even got anything to do with the baby. Some are to do with my partner, and others are completely random. *sigh* that's life.
