Hi all,

I went for my first Aquanatal class last night - was pretty good. The other ladies seemed as though they knew each other quite well and as am failry shy found that hard at first. But they were great as was the midwife. Think I will definitely carry on going for the last 10 weeks of my pregnancy.
I recommend you try it, if you haven't already.
