Hey all!

I think i am only posting this in order to have a rant about my blummin back...no matter what i do i always wake up so sore, stiff and generally unable to move that i am nearly in tears. Its right at the bottom but first thing in the morning feels like its all up my spine. It generally calms down after i have sat on the sofa for an hour or two but i cant put up with it for another 9 weeks!

arghh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not sleeping because of it gettin up at 5/6 every morning and can't get back to sleep!

Anyone else suffering and have any miracles?

I have the pillow thing between my legs and even had one crushed against my back last night aswell so i was wedged in lol part from getting a new bed i am stumped!

Amz xx

i had alot of backaches but i found wrapping myself in a big blanket with the airconditiner blasting and a pillow in between my legs to be very helpful!! lol .. try it and good luck.not much longer to go.im going to be 40 weeks in two days and no sign of baby yet!!love danielle

I was really suffering with my back, was very uncomfortable in bed, woke up alot of the time with not just back ache but sore belly, and i'm only 20wks.In the end we went out and bought a new mattress. One of those memory foam/sprung mattresses.the bottom half is sprung for support and the top is that memory foam thingy. And it is absolutly lovely, have not suffered at all for the past 2weeks.Still wake up alot to go to the toilet, but no soreness whatsoever! Although these mattresses can be quite expensive they are well worth it,we went for the cheapest option which was £249,for a king size, and you get a 40day home trial.Failing that when i went for physio when i was 13wks they did mention laying ontop of a duvet,as this acts as another layer to the mattress and is much softer.
