This may seem like a really daft thing to ask but here goes!

Recently read about the Pregnacare Plus Omega- 3 capsules and decided to buy some, the problem is I'm not sure if actually take both of the capsules. One is the original pregnacare tablet and the other is the Omega-3 capsule?! 16 weeks pregnant so not sure if I need the orignal tablet (contains folic acid) - is it me or does everything seem really confusing when you're pregnant?! Anybody else due in December? My due date is the 26th! Hoping Father Christmas delivers ..... hope you're all keeping well1

You're supposed to take both, which I started to do, but the Omega-3 repeated on me and were vile, so I gave up on them. Plus they're really expensive and probably totally unnecessary. As long as you take the folic acid ones, it should be enough.

Thanks Gond ....... may give them a whirl while I've bought them + they were on offer in Tescos! Don't know about you but starting to get paranoid about everything I should/shouldn't be eating!!
