"What can i take for colds?"

hey guys,

basically been in bed all week with flu and it has developed into one of those annoying colds. My sinus are killing, i can hardly breathe out of my nose as it is so blocked up. I ve tried using Vicks, airways chewing gum and having hot water with lemon in but nothing is working. So i m having to resort to medicine but am unsure of what exactly i can have? I m 14 weeks pregnant btw!lol Is it safe to take Lemsip tablets?

Any advice would be appreciated!
love haylez xx

The best thing to do is actually pop into Boots or your local boots and ask a pharmacist or better still just ask your doctor...thats what they are there for...i went there to get something for my heartburn because i wasnt sure what i could and couldnt take.

Most medicines do have warnings on them so just look out for them.

But if unsure best to check
