hello, im 21 weeks pregnant, i've noticed little white dots on the ends of my nipples, nothing is coming out of them and they aren't any more sore than they have been since day one but cant seem to find much info about it on google! has anyone else had this or does anyone know if its normal???sorry bout the lovely topic! x

I know what you mean, I've had exactly the same thing. Must be honest I just put it down to my body changing. I'm currently 18 weeks.

Sounds like it could be dried colustrum...its perfectly normal I started leaking at 22 weeks and it comes and goes, now Im 36 weeks and it comes more often than it goes lol!! x x x

no, in fact as you get nearer full term its better if u dont wash your nipples in anything other than water..especially if ur planning to breastfeed as soap dries them out and can make tehm cracked and painful! hope this helps xx
