Hi Girls,
Just over 5wks with my third. Since the day I found out I have done nowt but worry. First it was lack of nausea for a few hours that kept me awake at night with worry, then I diagnosed myself with ectopic due to pain in my side. Today I have lower back pain, like a period cramp, so am absoloutly past myself with worry and I'm at work, no-one knows, so I can't talk to anyone here!!! Hubby says I had this before, but I can't remember. Anyone else?????No bleeding or stomach cramps, touch wood! Help!!!I'm getting a bit desperate!

hey!

I hope you are feeling better today, its horrible people telling you not to worry because us mums do worry about everything.

Try not to though you don't want to stress you or little one out any more than you have to...i still have period type cramps now and i am 34 weeks docs and midwife have both reassured me its your uterus expanding.

I hope this helps and settles your mind

Hi, I have just come back from the docs for the very same reason, she said it is normal and pregnancies are never plain sailing i am a first timer so i had no idea what to expect, i am 5+2 weeks she told me that if the pain gets really uncomfortable, then take 2 paracetamol, it should be fine, congratulations on getting pregnant, fingers crossed for you sweetie,

Karen

heya,
im 10 weeks pregnant with my 4th and i dont remember panicking this much with the first 3 but my hubby assures me i was just as bad, i seem to have forgotten everything, if i get a twinge im freaking out that something bad is happening and i get the hubby to google it for me while i lay down with my feet higher than my hips,my main worry was that because i had 3 trouble free pregnancies and births, that i cant be that lucky to have a fourth go so well, i am trying to stay positive but its hard, i have my 12 week scan on the 3rd august so i know i will feel better once i see the baby again
your not alone either of you
take care and gratz on the pregnancies
"Worry!!"
Posted by mummytophoebe 26 July  at  10:48

HI
I too am 5 weeks with my 2nd. And i seem to be worrying far more with this pregnancy, I have had lower back pain and period pains since just before i found out i was expecting, i have been assured its normal but it doesn't stop the worrying! I had no symptoms whatsoever with my daughter so any little twinge sends me into panic stations at the mo! Try not to get too stressed, you are not alone!!!
