Heya all

i am 10 weeks pregnant and for the past 6 weeks i have had a headache nearly everyday it feels like someone it tightening a vice around my forehead, i also keep getting black spots and flashing lights whenever i stand, im remembering to stand up slowly so i know its not that im standing too fast, i fell over a few days ago a wave of dizzyness hit and luckily i fell onto my knees so baby was all safe
i went to the dr about the headaches and dizzyness and she took my blood pressure which she said was a bit low but she didnt really say much else
does anyone else get this or has anyone experianced it at all and if so do they know why

thanks lovelies
Leitia xx

Hi, I had headaches too at the beginning, make sure you drink lots of water as I was told you get dehydrated a lot quicker when pregnant which would make head soooo much worse and I seemed much worse when I hadn't just eaten, started having lots of small snacks, just raisins, ginger biscuit, banana etc which helped me. Incidentally my headaches stopped around 3 months.
Good luck.
