Hello to everyone!
I'm an italian mum and i'm trying to translate a passage. I will be really pleased to you if you could read what i wrote to check if there is any problem with grammar. I know it is annoying but I'm really doing my best to translate and don't know if is correct. can someone help me please?
here the translation i have done.
Does it sound good or too accademic? i studied English to the university and I have been 1 year in wales but always to school and don't know the business english...

Hi, I'm certainly no expert (am a teacher!) but I understand your plight as my mother is French and often says things very differently to the English!
I think it looks fine, you may wish to adjust the mission slightly??? We provide a 'solution' to our customers 'needs/requests/requirements'... and ...support with an'understanding' approach.

Really though, Its all about personal opinion, I advise you show as many people as possible first.
