"Antenatal classes - nhs or go private?"

I wondered if anyone had any experience of both an NHS and a private (i.e NCT) antenatal class? I am just about to get something booked but am unsure whether it's worth paying £120 to go for NCT classes which I have heard may be more personal and useful.

Thanks
