| Thread started by: | "Is this normal?????????" Posted by minxy21 2 September at 18:56
Hi Ladies, i am 10+5 weeks, and finally found more energy than to just lie on the sofa feeling crap today, so hubby and i went to the cinema, thing is, was stood in line waiting to get our tickets for what must have ben about 5 mins, when i started to get all the warning signs that i was gonna pass out!!! (after JUST 5 MINS OF STANDING!!!!) i had had something to eat before i went, along with a bottle of water. Is this normal or is it a sign of low/high blood pressure? or am i worrying over nothing, i dont want to ask the dr as i feel i have seen him way to much already and im not even 12 weeks yet!!! Hope you can help again? Karenxxx

I agree going to docs is best idea but earlier on in my preg, i had same and midwife said it was probably due to blood pressure dropping (which is normal in 1st trimester) or sometimes just low blood sugar- an excuse to buy more sweets to enjoy while watching movie hope everything is ok x

heya hun, i too have been passing out a lot 4 times in 3 days, i get black spots in my eyes then it all goes blank and after a few seconds it all clears and im on the floor on my hands and knees, i suffer from low blood pressure so it might have something to do with that but we are all different so it might be something else for you, the best thing you can do is speak to your DR, it doesnt matter if you have seen them 5 times in one week that is what they are there for.
i really hope it all goes well for you hun, let us know how it goes Much Love Leitia xx

Hiya
Its best you do see your doctor/ midwife as this could be anything. Possible nothing to worry about but its worth getting yourself checked out. I had the same problem and it turned out that i just needed to drink more fluids.
