hi i applied for my maternity grant about a week ago and not heard nothing back yet. Everyone else i know got theirs back in a couple of days. I am entitled to it as am on income support. how long does it take to come back does anyone know. thanks

A maternity grant can take up to two weeks to be received. Usually u get the money before you get the letter of confirmation. Id leave it another week and if you dont get a reply contact them and see whats happening.

Heya, i had to wait 2 nearly 3 weeks for my maternity grant last time but that was 4 years ago. i hope it comes soon for you i know how exciting it is once you get it and are able to buy all the baby bits
