Hi,

I am 10 weeks pregnant and have always been a size 10 and careful what I eat. However, since falling pregnant I am constantly hungry and eating like a pig!! Is this normal or I am just greedy?

Thanks

Ella

its good to have an appitite in pregnancy but just keep an eye on it as i had a good appitite with my 2nd and the weight creeped on and you dismiss it more because you just blame it on being pregnant!! and eat HEALTHY!!!!!

Thanks Sophie,

I am trying to eat healthy and I am snacking on low fat foods. It's just if I don't eat every couple of hours I feel sick!! I know weight shouldn't be by biggest worry, but I am bit concerned!!

I think it really depends, some women find it unbearable to eat or hold food down due to sickness, id just suggest eating healthy foods, lots of veg etc although iv hurd it can cause wind!lol but cant do you or bump any damage!xxx
