Hi there,

I know swimming is a really good form of exercise. It doesnt put any strain on your joints, supports the body and gives you a work out at the same time.

Also taking a suppliment like Pregnacare is good if you feel hungry all the time, as its your bodies way of saying you are lacking in something.

Drink plenty of water too, as sometimes your body thinks its hungry when its really thirsty.

And most importantly relax and dont worry, you will put on some weight its perfectly normal.

Hope it all goes well for you,
Best Wishes,
Natalie xxx
