"Twinge pain in hip/back"

just wondering whether anyone out there can help me with this one.....

i am 18 + 4 and for the past 6 weeks or so i have been getting a twinge pain in my back come hip come bum!!! to be more descriptive, the pain is on my right hand side, about half way up my bum cheek!! if that makes sense

the pain started at night when i was trying to get comfy in bed and then first thing in the morning. i assumed that it was your bones like ceasing up through lack of movement (even though i am only 23!!). however today at work it has really been playing me up and it is like a dull ache there constantly.

about 7 years ago i hurt by back but painkillers cured it. could this be related? or maybe is this my body making changes to accommodate the baby?

someone at work has mentioned sciatica and i know that this is painful. is this just an over reaction as the pain is uncomfortable but not unbearable.

i feel like a frail lady wadlling around at work. the worst thing is if this is going to carry on i have got a while left yet, and i also have only recently started showing, so its not down to extra weight. i think if you did not know me you might just think that i had put on some weight.

thanks

jemma xx
