hi there. I too have been suffering from this problem in that every time I throw up I wet myself due to the forcefulness of it!! Nice!
I have started wearing TENA lady pads to work, so that I dont feel embarrased about it as I am throwing up several times a day!
I am badly overwieght though and the pelvic floor was gone before I got pregnant, so no hope now!
Seriously though, I can recommend tena lady for comfort and confidence in bad cases!

"Oh god..." Posted by leitia80 18 September at 21:49
Oh god this happened to me when i was pregnant the first time round, i was waiting to go for my one and only ante natal class and i sneezed and i wet my self just as the class was starting i couldn't walk out as she was asking people their names and stuff so i just got on with it, and although it was only a little bit i was so paranoid that they all knew or they could smell it, it didn't help that most of the people there were looking down their noses at me anyway but gah so embarassing

"Pelvic floor exercises" Posted by indigobaby 18 September at 21:35
i did get the wee thingy though practise pelvic floor exercises now as i think that it is a sign that you have a weaker pelvic floor muscles, they are easy to do and the muscles tighten up within a few days or so if you make a conscious effort to do them whenever you are waiting for some thing. bus in a queue washing up etc!!I only have 3 days untill the day i should meet my baby yipeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!
