Hi girls,
was just wondering if any of you have ever suffered from SPD, I am 13+2 and for the last week have been suffering from a horrible feeling in my pubic region I feel as though I have been repeatedly kicked and feel as though I am bruised, I had a look on the net and it brought up SPD saying that it generally surfaces at the end of the 1st trimester but says the symptoms are more like shooting /stabbing pains and pain in the lower back which I don't have maybe I'm just reading too much into it (don't we all) any ideas on what else it could be?
Thank you
Sarah x x

i had it when i was carrying my little girl some days i couldnt get out of bed the pain was that bad it did feel really uncomfortable above the hair line like i had been kicked but it got worse and my hips were aching by the time i got to 20 weeks so physio gave me a support belt and it worked miracles. so it could be go the docs they will send you tophysio but it can take a couple of weeks so sooner rather than later.
