This is my second pregnance so you like i would a little use to being pregnant but it's hell.I have a 3yr daughter and I work full time at a daycare center(with 2 yrs) so I am around kids all day and night.I am 33 weeks and I am so crabby, moody and can't help it.My boyfriend wants me to work up to my due date but I feel like I need a break from kids before my baby is born.I know we really need the money considering my work doesn't pay materity leave but I feel like slapping him and telling him i'm not SUPER WOMEN!What is your advice on this?plez any advice would help alot!!!Thanks

i am 37 weeks pregnant with my first child and i left work at 34 weeks, like yourself i am not entitled to any maternity pay either but i think if you are getting tired and crabby u should pack work in and rest. You need to take the last part of your pregnancy easy and try not to get stressed out. Remember evrything you feel the baby does to.

I think you should take some time off, maybe not right away but like give yourself maybe 3-4 weeks of rest and then regenerate for the new baby, because it will be 10 times worse when the baby comes, and if your tired already, it will be unbareable, 3 weeks of pay wont be the end of the world, and Im sure you can manage! Guys are dumb, and they dont realize what a womans body goes through during pregnancy...only you know best. so if you think you need a brake before the baby comes, then really you should do it...just conpromize a little bit...work a little longer than you want to...then take some time off! If your man doesnt understand...then tell him to babysit all those children...then wake up everynight to feed the new baby..and see what it feels like...hope I ahve helped a little bit good luck and congradulations!!!
