hi, not a stupid question at all.
this is very normal to produce milk at 27 weeks. i started producing early then this. in fact mine were leaking through my clothes as early as 24 weeks! embarrassing .. but normal.

I have had this since I was about 19 - 20 weeks and it happens mostly at night while I'm asleep (have woken up on a few occasions and my arm has been stuck to my top - gross!!) I'm 35 weeks today and this is my first too.

Hiya
I had this when i was around 27wks too. Its a cloudy coloured liquid to start with and when baby is born it starts to become whiter..

Hiya
I would as the "milk" can leak through your clothes and may be embarrassing, it can also stain.
I started wearing these pretty early, i recommend the johnsons ones or tommee tippee ones as they have a sticky patch on the back to stick you your bra so they dont slip

I think i am 12 weeks and that happedned to me the other night couldnt believe it had sticky wet patch. does that mean maybe im more than 12 or am just really early??????
