I found investing in a sausage pillow helps wonders! Also purchase some cheap pillows that you can pad around you and don't mind throwing away after. Tesco and Asda are the best place for these. It should help. And for some reason in pregnancy, most women have nightmares/vivid dreams. I am 8 months pregnant and get some extremely strange dreams - some good, some bad. You won't get chance for these after!! Good luck.
