hi, all i can say is ignore that other comment about the cosmetic surgery. after i had my first it felt so different i was scared to look and had actually been warned by friends not to look. but it does go back to normal eventually, just keep doing your pelvic floor exercises, which at the moment you probably won't even be able to feel when your doing them, but they do work!
my friend has had 2 children and 2nd time round she said her bits were like a 'badly packed kebab' just think of that when your feeling unattractive at least it will put a smile back on your face!!!!.
and now she is back to normal after doing pelvic floor.
things do eventually get better it just takes a bit of time....try not to worry!

best wishes to you and your new baby!!

After my first it took nearlly a year to recover. Your 'bits' have been through so much it is not going to be easy to get over it.
I had pains for weeks after, and it looked all out of shape.
Have you got any pains??

I have a few pains that feel a bit like "tightening pains"?

Do they go back to how they were? just looks really stretched and hanging out? sorry for the graphic description but i feel unattractive enough as it is to my partner without that adding to it.. my partners reassurance about my looks doesnt seem to be working at the moment.

xx
"Its fine"

its been stretched and put through alot doring the birth but i think that its likely to stay the way it is now thats why they have that new cosmatic surgey and they tighten bits and trim bits down to how they were before all the stretching, sorry, but its just what happens and your not alone but youll soon forget what it even looked like before.
congrats on your son by the way hope everything went well and you didnt suffer too much
