Hi I'm 30 weeks and have also been plaqued by thrush through the pregnancy. I agree that eating and applying natural yogurt locally can help however I have been taking acidophilis (not sure I spelt that right!?!) and cranberry throughout my pregnancy which seems to be keeping it at bay/ manageable. I did this on the advice of my acupuncturist and sort independant advice about the safety of it and am satisfied that it won't harm the baby. Make sure you get tablets that don't contain added sugar - Solar are quite good. i take them twice a day.
Acupuncture has also addressed it, the chinese believe that thrush is caused by a 'dampness' in the body which can also cause hip pain etc (so I'm told) I have found acupuncture really helpful and relaxing. I'd recommend it and forget the pessaries, they don't work for me either!
Good Luck Donna
