Have you had your iron levels checked?

While everyone is different I don't think it is normal to feel so overwhelmingly tired (e.g. even worse that 1st trimester) - I also was very tired 2nd trimester but I could function, just needed a few more early nights and didn't have a lot of zoom.

I spoke to my dr. about it, he said I have low blood pressure which could contribute, but most importantly he said all else was find e.g. blood sugar, iron levels and as I was also taking a supplement he prescribed he was not worried.

However, you do want to make sure all those things are in order. Speak to your dr. next checkup and tell him how tired you are.

I think everyone is different, as the other posters mentioned you should tell your dr. so he can make an evaluation and and check iron & everythigng else which could make you feel tired (like blood sugar, blood pressure, etc.) is ok.

If all is ok, and you are eating well & drinking lots of water etc. then it seems like tired is just your body's way of coping with the pregnancy right now! Not much you can do but give in and SLEEP.
