done wonders for getting my baby in right position and getting it to go down in to my pelvis, beats being on all fours for 10mins a day watching tv haha.

Only paid £11.99 from argos, heard can them for like £3 at tescos or asda.

i got one of those gym balls from asda it was only about £3 and think its fab, not only is it comfortable i find it eases my backache and have some good fun bopping away to dance music on it!...my 9 month old god daughter thinks its pretty fun to play on too!

my sister has one and says it the only thing she can get comfy on ive never tried one myself but she said i can have hers when she delivers * shes due in about 4 weeks ish* have no idea where to put it and my children keep running and trying to throw themselves over it! lol take care xxxx

it is good get comfortable on and fun to bounce around
if can get 1, im sure you'd benifit from it, if you dont get motion sickness like someone said they did lol
