I get stretching pains like this, well thats what my midwife has said they are! Just everything stretching for baby! Also I have been told you can get 'wind pains' as well that can hurt quite a bit! Sounds perfectly normal to me Take care

If its on your left hand side of your body, it might be your bowels. Ive been getting pains there and my GP said its cos im constipated. Also your body is making huge changes for your baby. Dont worry, most people are the same on here. Im 11 weeks and 1 day, im so excited. Good luck to you.

i getting sharp pains. i meant to be 6 weeks but now they saying i mayb 4. they are ruling out eptopic as i get these shooting pains go thru my bdy. everywhere, in my stomach in my pelvic area straight down and up left and right, i really am worried that i am having an eptopic, can anyone else help
"Eptopic"
Posted by nikkixx 28 June  at  00:24

I had an eptopic last year and trust me, you know when there is a problem..
The pain is unbearable, you cannot get comfy however you try to sit or stand and it lasted for 6 hours before i was given pain relief. To the other extreme i was told that if a tube ruptures you will vomit and pass out! Luckily that didnt happen to me.
I did also bleed at this point so knew there was definatly a problem.
But if you are unsure then speak to a GP or Midwife for reassurance.
