Who's doing them?
Have been doing them on the train every so often, but think it's about time I got serious...
How many should we be doing a day?

My midwife told me that if you can hold your wee for a count of 10, then you're in good shape.

Everything I read said something different.

I eventually settled on 12 long squeezes, holding for about 5, then 12 short, ones. Id did it a few times a day, about 4 ish.

I know they're annoying, but they do really ease your birthxx
