Ladies..,
This is an embrassing topic..
It appears that I am suffering with "wind" and it is coming from both end's simultaneously.!!

Not only can I now burp in true builder mates fashion, but Im now f**ting like an enraged elephant..I never knew my bottom could be so musical!!, but joking aside, its so painful.

Burps are uncontrollable..I have no power over them what so ever, they just seem to roar out at their own free will, and for the bottom opera..I can feel it rumbling and traveling about my insides as if it was the spaghetti junction and really hurts and even when it enters my oxygen space, it hurts. Its as if my muscles seem to think that im passing a 10 ton wagon.

And now we do come to the delicate part..for those of a particular disposition, please be for warned this may be TMI for you.
Number two's....Yesterday was like I had never sat on a toilet before. I just never stopped, but once again I was in absolute agony, cold sweats, pain running all through my back and then to add insult to injury, my bottom felt like it was on fire!!! You may laugh... but I couldnt exactly ask my DH to put some cream on it could I !!?? and its repeating its self all over again today, but not so much toilet attention as yesterday, but the tummy rumblings and pains in my insides where there as dutiful as ever.

Basically after writing this epic..are there any other ladies suffering like this?, is this a sign of things to come? and will it get worse or better??

Please my luvies, shed some light on this topic.
Hugs

Mrs Moo xxx

I'm 17+5 and started out with more wind than Chicago!!! My advice let it out whilst you can, I would reccomend you go all out on fibre to keep this going as I have now gone the other way completley, I have been off work for last week as in constant pain and severly constipated (agony!!)

Ladies when you get a backlog the pain is horrific!! I'm taking Senakot but not doing too much to help, so any suggestions welcome.

Hi Kelly,

When i had that problem a couple of weeks ago, i went all out and bought shed loads of fruit. Bananas, apples, clementines, pears, melon and just pigged out on them for ages.

Lets just say that it got things moving about a day later. Red grapes are also good for that.

Also to ease the 'passage' of any reluctant waste, i got given the advice of walking around and 'helping' it out with wet wipes (you can get them in tesco, sainsbury's, asda)

Sorry about the graphic detail, but i was sat on the loo for 3 hrs with nothing to show except a red face and tears streaming down my cheeks. the fruit worked for me, hope it works for you too!

Oh the joys of pregnancy!

Hi MrsMoo,

I feel for you hun, i really do, i am 33 wks today and the last couple of days have been wind central in my house, burping and popping off like nobodys business!!!

I also had a stage when i got to about 24-25 wks of being REALLY REALLY constipated, im talking a 3hr stint on the loo with nothing to show except tears and a red face!!!!

I got given the advice by my midwife when i phoned her in tears about this, to use wet toilet wipes around the 'exit hole' (sorry) it does get better though.

Chin up me dear, be loud, be proud!

Any embarrassing bowel trouble, you name it, I have it. Mark says I should just move my bed into the bathroom. And after getting on at him for his loud farts, I now can compete!!!

Morning girls, yes I am that soldier too! My DH has threatened to leave me over the "wind" problem!lol I keep saying its not my fault, its the pregnancy, it has to come out, and more times than not its an explosion from planet bum!lol It had subsided for a week or so, but the last couple of nights its back to force 10 again. Im hoping it wont last for much longer as Im due to go away with the girls at the end of the month and I pitty anyone having to share a room with me if Im like this! Very embarrassing!
