Hello! I'm not due on my period until sunday 31st Dec, but on christmas day (6 days early) i noticed a pink watery stain on the toilet roll after i'd been to the loo, it also happened on boxing day. On wednesday i was having cramps but not bleeding and noticed a minute amount of brown discharge. I feel like i'm about to come on my period at any moment,i've never had this before a period before? Is there a posibility that i might be pregnant or am i over reacting?? Hope you can help!

Just remembered, i did have that pink watery stain, as i remember i was peeing alot so i thought it might have been a urine infection.. but obviously it wasn't!

Hi there, i know it must be a bit of a worry for you, but try not too. I'm only about 7 weeks pregnant myself but I'll try and help you as much as possible. In early pregnancy, as i found you experience period pain like cramps. This is due to your uterus stretching in order to make space for your growing baby. I personally didn't experience brown discharge, but i know a couple of people who did. It sounds most likely that you are pregnant. However there are other signs of early pregnancy like fatigue and sore breasts. It's always best to make sure that you go to your G.P to double check, but pregnancy tests are more accurate after the date your period is due so it might be worth holding on until the 31st and taking the pregnacy test from the first pee of the day (which is when your hormone levels are at their highest. If you do have any strange pain other than cramps then I'd advise you to go to the doctors asap. I don't know what your situation is but how would you feel if you were pregnant?
