I've been using Prenatal Yoga by Shiva Rae and can thoroughly reccommend it! I Ioved yoga before I was pregnant and have practiced under lots of different teachers but have never found a good one where I live now. Classes are expensive so I decided to get a DVD. I checked out the reviews on Amazon and chose this one. I've been using it since the New Year and can definitely feel the benefit. It goesa at a good pace, hand has varying postures to see you right through pregnancy. I'm going to get her post natal DVD for after the baby
