For those of u who replied to my msg yesterday regarding the membrane sweep, ive just come back from the hospital and i had it!!!! She wasnt gonna do it but i asked if it was an option and she said we can try it! It was ok, bit uncomfortable but im up for trying anything now! Just gonna wait!

You stay as active as possible now I made the mistake of just sitting about after mine and it didnt work have abounce * if you have a ball* and try some nipple tweaking good luck xxx
