hey all ive just found out im 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant, only smptoms i have is terribly sore boobs i have a dull ache on my right hand side of my tummy, about 3-4 inches below my right breast, its not constant it comes and goes, and sometimes aches near my kidneys! i have never been pregnant before so dont know what to expect! i have no bleeding or stabbing pains, just a uncomfortable ache, i am going to the doctors at the end of the week, i just need some advice for the time being from all you experienced mommys! thanks in advance xxxxxxxxx

I have a 11 month old son and am pregant again. The pains you are feeling are most likley just your uterus sterching and getting ready to grow. The ligamnets and muscles all over your stomach will strech and cause some pain. I know it is so scary in the begining b/c you are so scarred of a miscariage. Just try to be positive. I recommend that you do follow up with your doctor just to make sure. They will probably do a trans vaginal ultrasound to make sure all is well with the baby anyways at you first appointment.
