Extremely hungry baby

Does anyone haveany experience of this; my daughter is 4 weeks and 9lb, she was born at 7lb14oz so she is not a big baby... but she wont stop eating, she is on the hungry baby food and a she should have 4 ounces. At about 6 this evening she had 5 as 4 was not enough, she started to cry for more straight after and i managed to stretch it to about an hour before i gave her another 3 ounces at about 7 o clock. It is now nearly 8 and she wants more...she polishes off whatever i give her and i just cant understand where she puts it all especially as its the hungry baby food.

Is this normal?

you could try baby rice just mix it so its quite runny just dont tell your health visitor

Hiya my little man is 10 weeks old tomorrow and he was exactly the same from 5 weeks I gave him baby rice of a nightime and ever since he has been fine he too is on the hungrier milk has been from 10 days old!!
He also since the baby rice sleeps all the way through the night!
He still has the baby rice and loves it!!
