"Rumor vs truth"

I haven't heard of a link to eczema, scientifically it seems a bit far fetched (although stranger things are true!) so I can provide no real help there...

However, drinking lots of pop (both sugared and sugar free) is not good for you anyway, pregnant or not. So it shoud be avoided/minimised just based on normal good eating habits.

PS My relations think nothing of offereing their tiny children coca cola... it amazes me to no end that they are training this type of food preference into a child so young! I suppose because it is a regular part of their diet they don't see a problem. Pop/cola is an acquired taste and isn't automatic.

So sorry still no answer to your question (just a strong show of my personal thoughts on pop/sugared drinks!)
