How much raspberry leaf tea?

I know its a bit late to start drinking it as i am due next saturday, woohoo! But i bought some raspberry leaf tea today n ive had one cup so far n its really yummy! But can you only have so much in one day? Im just not sure. Has anyone else used this or know how much to have? Ill just put the kettle on anyway lol.

Hi Chelsea,

I have only started drinking this myself as well, as far as i am aware you start off with 1 cup a day then build up over time to 3-4 cups a day. i am being induced next week, so i have also left it a bit late as well.

I'm due the day before you Chelsea, next Friday, I have been drinking RLT since week 35 and loved it at first but I am fed up of it now, not giving up though, I have as many cups as I can manage in a day, between 2 & 5!
