i have such bad heartburn today that its actually putting me off having any dinner as i know it will get much worse if i eat. Any ideas for a heartburn free dinner?! And no gaviscon is not very filling! lol

know i'm not susposed to but i love them and as long as cooked don't see why can't have them - i'm having sweet and sour king prawns and noodles with uncle Ben's sauce. quickest meal 4 minutes and its on your plate. yum!

As soon as I get home I will be stuffing anything that I can in my mouth! I have been so hungry for the past 4/5 days and can't stop eating - not good!!!! Fruit and snack a jacks (yes, was trying to be healthy) are just not doing it for me anymore....probably pizza, pizza and more pizza!!! lol xx

wish i could stick to the healthy stuff i got no chance i just had a macdonalds bannana milkshake cos i had an almighty craving wish i would crave fat free stuff im sooo going to regret stuffin my face when i have about 4 stone to loose at the end lol arrrhhh!!

Although I'm not going to survive until they finish cooking without a snack or several (probably sandwiches). It's a compromise between healthy food and the stodge I'm relly craving!

Not a home made pie, but I'm having med veg pie from Tesco (quite big but I can manage to eat it all) and steak for Mark. with Chips and veg I think. Just eaten a twirl and think I will have cornflakes in a bit!
