Hiya,

Just after a bit of advise. I know you're not supposed to use cot bumpers until babies are a year old but I was thinking about putting one on Aiden's cot now. Thing is it's a cot bed and pretty big, he still looks like a little dot in it... but it's next to the window and he's getting a mighty draught. I obviously put him in the feet to foot position in his cot and he's swaddled and tucked firmly so there is no way he can wriggle up there and overheat if his head is squished up against is (I know this is one risk) as there is about 2 foots spare space to the top of the cot. He is no where near the bumper itself so I'm not at all worried about it falling on him or him getting wrapped up in the ties or anything... So really I was just looking for a bit of reassurance. If you read my thread I posted this morning I am looking for anything that might help him sleep through again and cos the weather is nasty and our windows are crap, I was thinking lessening the draught might help him sleep and help clear up his phlegm-iness.

Any opinions or advise would be greatly appreciated...

Cheers in advance

Aimee & Aiden (13weeks)
