Water infection- can it hurt the baby?

im thinking of going into my nhs walk in centre today- i think i have a waterinfection, hurtin when i pee, sometimes hurting when im not, drinking alot of water and i think im retaining most of it- im a big water person and when i go i hardly go, so im thinking i have a water infection? its not been as painful since i started drinking cranberry juice (erugh)but ive got my 3d scan tmorrow (yes ladies, for free, with free pictures!)and im not sure if im on antibiotics it will affect me? im probably being really silly, could this be left until tuesday or should i really go today, because i really cant get to the doctors tomorrow? reply soon loveme xx

i had a water infection at 32+6weeks. My lil boy is just fine and weighed 8lb when he was born 11days late on 6nov 2007 The antibiotics made me go to the toilet for a poo alot tho lol tmi x

i had a water infection/kidney infection for 16 weeks!!! as my doc/hospital didnt bother give me any antibiotics not because they harm baby, just coulnt be bothered, in the end they finally did and it went after the 7 day course (woulda been easier at the beginning)

but water infection doesnt harm the baby
