Me too I have also got it morning noon and night, all night. I have been told that Protein helps with it but i just don't fancy anything apart from crisps and sweets!!!!

Maybe i should try it really lol

Hope you feel better soon too

I have had bad morning sickness all through my pregnancy. Fortunatly it is not an every day thing now but when it hits - it hits hard!

The only thing that worked for me was Ritz crackers and mind over matter! When I felt it coming I would stop and take a really deep breathe then hum!! Sounds funny but it really worked.

I didnt do much vomiting but dry wretching is the worsts!

Good luck
