Hi ladies

Omg am experiencing such fatigue. Its worse than jet lag! Does anyone have any suggestions to ease it? If I go to bed too early I'm up at the crack of dawn wide awake and as it is I keep waking up at 2am for a call of nature! It used to come on around 4pm now it seems late morning. Does it keep changing? How long does this go on for? I have my 1st m/w appointment on Monday so I'll check with her then. Maybe I'm in lack of iron.

Love Sharon and 8 wk bean

I was the same until about 12 weeks then just suddenly started to feel more awake and back to my normal self. Have you been suffereing morning sickness? I did really bad.

I think you are more tired in the first few months cos of all the hormones flying around but hopefully it should settle. I'm 30 weeks tomorrow and am just starting to get a but more tired again cos I'm getting bigger.

Hate to tell you this but toilet trips during the night are more likely to increase, I think I go on average about 4 times a night now, and thats even when I don't drink anything after 8pm!!

Hope you feel better soon.

take care

Hi Claire

Thanks for your reply.

I've had morning sickness (or rather all day sickness!) since week 7 and have felt awful. It seems to be going now. I don't think I could bear any more ginger beer!

30wks? wow, you must be going on leave soon. How I long for that day lol.

Good luck with it all

xx
